Our family is one of the oldest in Termoli, deeply rooted in the territory and local traditions, especially in the culinary field. We are passionate about hospitality and we truly enjoy welcoming people. We love meeting new people, discovering different cultures and traditions, and offering suggestions on how to make the most of our city.
After years of staying and traveling, both for work and tourism, in Italy and around the world, my deep "Termoli roots" have prevailed. I have returned to live in this city, which is magical thanks to its sun, its sea, and its wind. The wind, which perhaps has a soul, hence called "ánemos" by our ancestors, here on the borders of Magna Graecia. The Tremiti Islands, where I lived when I was young, I consider them as the first Greek island and their allure has been very strong, the allure of its diomedee birds and its transparent seabed. And here I am, after much wandering, loving and desiring to show the enchanting beauties of this land of Molise.
The neighborhood is located near the city center. In fact, in just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the main square of the town, where the Monument to the Fallen is located. With a short walk of another 5 minutes, through our "promenade," a pedestrian area, you can reach the sea, the northern coastline, and the doors of our charming historic center, known as the Old Town. The beach offers beach resorts, a cycle path, and a route for runners. In the surrounding area of our facility, you will find shopping centers, pizzerias selling pizza by the slice, a wine bar, bookstores, and pharmacies. Furthermore, just 100 meters away, there is a small sanctuary immersed in a lush palm oasis, where tranquility is at home. Crossing another 5-minute walking route, you will reach the green lung of the city: the Municipal Park, equipped with indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, and an open-air theater that, during summer evenings, hosts highly regarded theater companies. This park represents one of the access routes to the southern coastline. In fact, continuing, you will reach the southern coastline with the marina, the sailing club, and beach resorts that offer an outdoor swimming pool and water games.
