Recently renovated countryside farmhouse, with a spacious porch and a wheelchair-accessible restaurant on the ground floor, while the overnight rooms are located on the upper floor. Our farmhouse, called Il Podere, offers accommodations in 6 single, double, or twin rooms. The rooms are simple but completely refurbished, with exposed beams and parquet floors. Each room is equipped with a 32-inch LED TV, independent air conditioning for each season, private bathroom with shower and complimentary toiletries, as well as a private terrace. Drinking water is always available from a dispenser. Breakfast is buffet-style and there is a safe available at the reception. We also speak German, French, and English to meet the needs of our foreign guests. We offer ample parking for cars and buses, as well as private night surveillance with 2-3 security rounds every night. Il Podere is also a HappyBau facility, so we gladly welcome four-legged tourist friends of any size in the rooms. Outside the farmhouse, you will find a large, well-maintained and shaded park, completely fenced.
