Situated facing the crystal-clear sea and surrounded by lemon groves and plants, it is a perfect oasis of tranquility where you can spend your holidays, enjoying the authenticity of the place and its serenity, away from the city's hustle and bustle.

Its panoramic position, which offers a delightful view of Amalfi and Conca dei Marini, will gift you with unique and unforgettable scenery that will amaze and enchant you from sunrise to sunset, creating indelible memories of your vacation on the Amalfi Coast.

The house, located in a rural area in the municipality of Amalfi, can be reached by approximately 150 steps from the main road. In the past, it was a two-story baroque building with vaulted ceilings. Recently renovated, it now presents itself in its splendid beauty, with breathtaking views of the sea of the Amalfi Coast, surrounded by lemon gardens in an oasis of peace and tranquility.

The house has a surface area of 80 square meters and is composed as follows: on the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a sofa, a fitted wall, and a 43-inch TV with terrestrial and satellite channels (including foreign channels), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a complete bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

On the first floor, there are a double bedroom (which can be transformed into a twin bedroom) with a view of Amalfi, a 32-inch TV with terrestrial and satellite channels (including foreign channels), a double bedroom with a sea view, a sitting area, and a 32-inch TV with terrestrial and satellite channels (including foreign channels), and a complete bathroom with a bathtub.

The entire house has independently adjustable centralized air conditioning and heating in every room and offers free Wi-Fi both inside and outside.
