"Al Maschio Angioino" is an elegant and refined B&B located in the center of Naples in a prestigious building with a doorman and an elevator, right in front of the symbolic castle of the city: Maschio Angioino (Castel Nuovo).
The room that we rent is the first in our house. It is beautifully furnished, with a suite-like area of 30 square meters, equipped with air conditioning, a double bed, and, separated by a wall/bookcase, a large single bed (but it is also possible to add a fourth bed). Bright and extremely quiet, it overlooks the main street (Via Santa Brigida) and on the side, you can catch a glimpse of the Square and the Castle. In front of the room, there is a breakfast table and then a large private bathroom with all the accessories.
It is possible to have a second room in the adjacent apartment.
Enjoy a delightful breakfast in the cozy waiting area of the B&B (equipped with a small refrigerator) featuring homemade jams, butter, bread, toast, and cakes. Depending on what is available, you may find small babà, pastiera, apple cake, yogurt cake, chocolate cake, carrot cake, or citrus cake. You will always find some of our "sweet cups" with cream, ricotta, chocolate, hazelnuts, coffee, cream, and amaretti biscuits, cassata or chestnuts. If you wish, you can savor a coffee while admiring the picturesque view of Maschio Angioino from our living room. We have agreements with various restaurants in the area.

Historical, residential, and administrative, Naples is a charming place located near the picturesque Spanish Quarters and Spaccanapoli. Within a short walk, you will find the city's main theaters: San Carlo, Mercadante, Augusteo, as well as experimental theaters like Nuovo and Toledo. And for tango lovers, there is also the Salone Margherita. Just a few steps away, you will be breathless admiring the splendid squares and monuments such as the Royal Palace, Galleria Umberto I, Piazza Municipio, and Piazza del Plebiscito, Castel dell'Ovo with its characteristic Borgo Marinari (full of bars and restaurants), the Port with Molo Beverello (where ferries and hydrofoils to the islands depart), the stunning Lungomare Caracciolo (considered one of the most beautiful in the world), and the elegant shopping streets like Via Chiaia and Via dei Mille. Thanks to the two nearby metro stops (Municipio and Toledo, the latter considered one of the most beautiful in Europe) and the nearby Funicolare Centrale, it is very easy to reach the city's main museums such as the Archaeological Museum and Capodimonte Museum, the Certosa di San Martino, and Castel Sant'Elmo.
