The structure has been completely renovated and reinforced to ensure maximum safety even during earthquakes. We offer 5 comfortable and well-equipped rooms for your stay.
The name of our structure derives from its proximity to the Convent of San Damiano, a sacred place linked to the history of the early years of the Franciscan movement. It is right here that the crucifix spoke to Saint Francis, an event of great historical and religious importance.
We are located on a hill just outside the city of Assisi, only 300 meters from the Convent of San Damiano. You can reach it on foot in just 10 minutes. The historic center of Assisi is only 1. 5 km away, which is equivalent to just 3 minutes by car. Our structure is immersed in the wonderful Umbrian countryside, surrounded by spontaneous vegetation, vineyards, and olive groves. You can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of this gentle countryside while having all the necessary comforts to make your stay pleasant and peaceful.
Our rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Each room has a private bathroom with bidet, bed linen and towels, hairdryer, and toiletries. You can independently adjust the heating and air conditioning. You will also find a 42-inch flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, coffee machine, and kettle. We will welcome you with a welcome basket containing packaged products for breakfast.

Both are easily accessible on foot through a quiet private road. If you prefer to travel by car, you can reach the free parking lot of the city hospital, which is only 200 meters from the historic center of Assisi. The location is strategic and will allow you to easily reach the main cities of Umbria.
