Our bed and breakfast is situated amidst nature, in a peaceful village on the hills, just a 2-minute drive from the shores of Lake Orta, 20 minutes from the summit of Mottarone, and 15 minutes from Lake Maggiore.
This central location makes our bed and breakfast the ideal starting point for nature and cultural excursions, as well as a wide range of outdoor activities suitable for all tastes and skill levels, such as walks, hikes, Nordic walking, and mountain biking. The area is also perfect for pleasant motorcycle rides, with available itineraries.
If you instead wish to work remotely, you can do so comfortably on the terrace or in the garden using our Wi-Fi connection. And if you simply want to relax, there is nothing better than reading or resting in the shade of our large cherry tree, while sipping tea or herbal tea.
We offer a homely hospitality in a completely relaxing atmosphere. The house was completely renovated a few years ago, using natural materials and with particular attention to energy efficiency.
You will be accommodated on the first floor, with independent access that guarantees you maximum freedom of movement at any time, and you will have access to reserved parking. The breakfast room can also be used as a reading room, and from the adjacent balcony, you can access the smoking area. The large garden is at your disposal for moments of relaxation.
In the immediate vicinity of the bed and breakfast, you will find several services within walking distance, including a tennis/football field, a church, a pizzeria, a tobacco shop, a newsstand, a pharmacy, a post office, and a grocery store.
My greatest joy is breakfast, and I want it to be just as enjoyable for my guests.
We offer a traditional Italian breakfast that includes:
- beverages such as milk, coffee, barley, tea, and Nesquik,
- toasted bread with butter, jams, honey, and Nutella,
- fruit juices, cereals, and yogurt,
- cookies and crispbread,
- brioches and assorted pastries.
If you have any food intolerances, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can meet your needs with fresh and suitable products.
Upon request, we can offer you an English breakfast for an additional cost of €5 per person, which includes scrambled eggs, bacon, and beans.

I am Manuela, also known as LaManu. Let me introduce myself as a friend who will guide you in this wonderful place.
I am an independent communications professional. I teach my "craft" at the Communication Academy in Milan, at NABA (New Academy of Fine Arts), and in other schools.
Additionally, I work as a press officer for some fantastic music events, such as Un Paese a Sei Corde, Amenoblues Festival, and Villa Nigra Opera Festival.
I enjoy immersing myself in reading, dedicating myself to cooking, swimming, and practicing yoga. When I have some free time, I like to relax in the garden, taking care of flowers, plants, and fruit, which I use to prepare delicious cakes and jams.
My two great passions are motorcycles, Betty (Honda Hornet '98) and Ariel (Ducati 900 SS '92), but I also don't mind a thrilling adventure on a snowmobile.
I left the bustling city of Milan to move to this corner of paradise, and I can't wait to welcome you in the shade of the big cherry tree!
