Refined and welcoming, our double rooms on the first floor offer a private kitchen and a bathroom for exclusive use. It is important to note that these are studios, designed for an intimate and comfortable experience.

Bright and impeccably clean, the rooms are equipped with every comfort to ensure a pleasant stay. Their location, just 50 meters (2 minutes on foot) from the Sacro Cuore Don Calabria Hospital in Negrar, makes them extremely convenient and accessible, being in the heart of the town and close to every service.

Each room can comfortably accommodate two people, with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. Our guests can choose between the Violetta room, with a view of the private courtyard, and the Orchidea room, which offers a panoramic view of the town from its private balcony.

As for parking, we are attentive to your needs: outside the property, there is a paid public parking lot with the possibility of enjoying one free hour through the parking meter. However, on Mondays, parking in the square is prohibited from 7 am to 3 pm for the weekly market. Additional parking options are available 300 meters from the Orchidea Accommodation or in the nearby blue zone parking areas near the hospital.

Please note that a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night is required, with exemptions for those visiting the hospital, seniors over 65, and children under 14.

Finally, please respect the rules of the property: smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, and organizing parties and events is not allowed.
