The area is situated a short distance from Ferrara train station and the historic center, just a few minutes' walk away. Despite being close to the center, it is located outside the restricted traffic zone, so it can be easily reached by car and there is free street parking just a few steps from the entrance. This allows you to leave your car and enjoy the city on foot, just like the locals do. The area is safe: Viale Cavour is the city's main street, which passes in front of the Estense Castle and connects the center to the train station. It can be traversed by car and is also served by major buses, including those that go to hospitals and the fair area. Furthermore, it is always bustling with activity thanks to various businesses such as bars, delis, restaurants, newsstands, tobacco shops, ice cream parlors, bakeries, pharmacies, and evening-opening pubs and restaurants, all of which are just a few steps from the accommodation.
