The Eremo is a family-run agriturismo nestled in the heart of Montello, a place of remarkable natural and spiritual beauty. Surrounded by lush and diverse nature, the Eremo encourages guests to slow down, enveloped by the tranquility of a 22-hectare estate composed of meadows, forests, and vineyards.
Situated at an altitude of 371 meters in the picturesque Val dell’Acqua, the estate strikes a perfect balance between the loving touch of humanity and the preservation of biodiversity. The woods filled with hornbeams, chestnuts, and acacias alternate with the flourishing vineyards of Asolo Prosecco DOCG, recognized by UNESCO as part of the Monte Grappa Biosphere Reserve. The Eremo's strategic location allows for the exploration of unique sites, such as the Venice Lagoon, just 50 km away, and the majestic Dolomites, located 100 km away, passing through the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Under the wisteria-covered pergola, guests can enjoy breakfast while immersed in natural beauty or unwind with a glass of Asolo Prosecco DOCG, produced using sustainable and environmentally-friendly techniques. The APInVIGNA project, born from the collaboration between beekeepers and winemakers, celebrates the blooming of the woods every spring, promoting the protection of bees and the quality of wine.
