It is located in Negrar di Valpolicella immersed in the typical area of ??"amarone" wine. Negrar is 11 km from the center of Verona, 20 from Lake Garda, a stone's throw from the Lessinia Park and the Molina Waterfalls. We are also close to the Aquardens thermal water park and the Garda amusement parks: Gardaland, Movieland, NaturaViva. From our house, it is possible to leave for walks and trekking in the Veronese hills, to go for food and wine tours and to get to know the best wineries and typical restaurants of the Valpolicella; not to be underestimated, moreover, is the possibility of tackling mountain bike tours on well-marked dirt roads and panoramic country roads. You can set up tourist routes and prepare a ring that touches the various villages of Valpolicella (Marano, Molina, S. Pietro in Cariano, San Floriano, San Giorgio Ingannapoltron, Monte, Cerna, Sant Anna D'Alfaedo, Torbe, Prun,) with lengths ranging from 25-45 km or it is also possible to tackle more technical levels. (you can climb 500 m and beyond in a few km, up to the Corno d'Aquilio - 1600 ms / m). Always by bicycle it is very nice to take your car to the upper Lessinia and tackle the military roads, well marked which in winter are cross-country trails, and thus be able to enjoy the simple and majestic at the same time at high altitude between mountain huts and farmhouses in a breathtaking environment with: behind the Veronese dolomites (and if there is visibility you can see the Adamello group), in front of the Po valley, to the east the Illasi valley and the Vicenza side, to the west Lake Garda and Mount Baldo. We are motorcyclists and these beauties and attractions are also for us a destination that amazes us every time we tackle the climbs and go to Lessinia. Of course it is always possible to relax in the garden and enjoy a good glass of wine or relax with a good read in the shade of the olive trees. Good stay.
