The village of Sampieri provides the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops) and a beautiful promenade to take a walk, from the beach to the fishermen's harbor. Moving along the coast, it's also possible to find other equipped centers.
Scicli is just a few kilometers away and offers restaurants, art exhibitions, baroque sites, and much more. The entire province of Ragusa, the location of "Il Commissario Montalbano", is easily accessible for day trips or even just for a stroll.
