The Bed and Breakfast at Ducale di Parma is located in the heart of the historic center, just a short distance from the Ducale Park and the Mezzo Bridge, a city crossroads. You will find a hospitable and pleasant environment here, in line with the most pleasant features of the Emilian character. The structure is located on the first floor of a typical building recently renovated, on Via Costituente n. 11 at the corner with via Bixio, in the "Oltretorrente" district. We are in the historic center, but not in a limited traffic area, so you can reach us by car without having to go through the electronic passage. Alternatively, you can reach us by public transport, such as buses nr. 1-6-7, the stop is only 4 stops from the Nuovo Teatro Pezzani, just 2 minutes' walk from the structure, or just 10 minutes' walk from the train station. If you want to attend a theater show, the Teatro Regio is only a 3-5 minute walk (about 400/500 meters) from the structure, while the Teatro Al Parco is about a 10-15 minute walk (about 800/1000 meters) away. In addition, the Arrigo Boito Conservatory is only a 3-4 minute walk (about 300/400 meters) from the structure, as well as the Faculty of Economics, while the Maggiore/University Hospital can be reached in 7-8 minutes on foot or in just 3 stops by buses nr. 3-4-5. Finally, the Piccole Figlie Clinic is about a 15-minute walk or 4 stops by trolleybus nr. 1 or 6 stops by bus nr. 4.
