Explore the enchantment of Venice at the Marin Hotel, perfectly located in a tranquil area just a short walk from Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma. Our hotel, passionately managed for almost 15 years, is a small haven of peace easily accessible by both private (car) and public (plane, train, bus) transportation. In fact, it is only a 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma and Venice Santa Lucia train station. Over the years, most of our rooms have been renovated and equipped with modern comforts such as air conditioning, SKY TV, a kettle, fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a telephone. During the months of May and June 2021, in collaboration with the building owners, a restoration of the hotel facade was carried out to improve its aesthetic appearance and ensure greater energy efficiency of the spaces (thermal and acoustic insulation). Our Gondola 1999 bar awaits you inside the hotel for a relaxing evening, perhaps enjoying a drink outdoors, where some tables will allow you to enjoy the intimacy of our street.
