In 1985, Michele decided to open the Il Giardino Pizzeria/Ice cream parlor after years of experience in other hotels. In a short time, it became famous in the area thanks to its specialties: the Giardino pizza and the delicious fruit cups and ice cream! Later on, the family decided to expand their business by opening a restaurant, offering typical dishes from the Garganica cuisine. In 1996, they took a big step by also opening the Hotel Il Giardino, entering the hospitality sector.
For over 25 years, the Buo family has been passionately dedicated to this business, welcoming their guests as members of the family. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing stay, surrounded by the tranquility of the surrounding greenery.
