The Albergaccio is a former medieval prison from the 13th century that has been completely renovated, located in the countryside closest to the city walls. Here, you can experience a unique stay in comfortable and history-rich surroundings. If you choose to stay in our rooms, you'll have access to a double or single room finished with high-quality materials, in an environment that for eight centuries has preserved most of the medieval features of the ancient prison. The six apartments of the Vacation House are all very spacious and comfortable, ranging from one-bedroom with services to four-bedrooms, with a minimum surface of 45 square meters up to 80. All are made with high-quality materials such as travertine and parquet floors, double-glazed windows, original 14th-century elements like the medieval arches, chestnut beams, bathrooms with showers, 19th-century furniture pieces that have been in our family for generations, antique objects, or more modern solutions always characterized by quality finishes.
