Splendid and modern apartment in the heart of the historic center of Agrigento (third floor without elevator), at the foot of the statue of the illustrious writer Andrea Camilleri.
Thanks to its impeccable internal distribution, the apartment consists of: a cozy entrance, a spacious open space living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and two completely independent double bedrooms, equipped with every comfort.
Located in the center of Agrigento, a few minutes' walk from most of the city's attractions and a few kilometers by car from the main points of interest in the province.
The reservation for TWO PERSONS includes the use of ONE ROOM only; to use both rooms, it is necessary to book for a minimum of THREE PERSONS. However, in case of SPECIFIC REASONS, it is possible to request the opening of the other room through the booking chat, paying an additional fee for room management and cleaning expenses (only for bookings for 2 people).

The apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Agrigento, close to numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMs, and the Pirandello Theater (so, considering the strategic location, it is normal to expect some noise!). Furthermore, it is only a 6-minute walk from the charming Viale della Vittoria and the main churches such as San Calogero, the Cathedral, Santa Maria dei Greci, and the Monastery of Santo Spirito, to name a few. Additionally, just a 10-minute walk away, you can reach the Pirandello Theater and admire the statue of Luigi Pirandello. Don't forget to notice the statue of the famous writer Andrea Camilleri, which is located right next to the entrance of the apartment building.
