"The Masseria Ai Pioppi" is a farmhouse available for short-term rentals, located in the peaceful and vast countryside of the Puglia region of Murgia. It is situated within a 13-hectare organic farm, where you can enjoy pleasant walks among fields of wheat, ancient olive trees, majestic walnut and oak trees, as well as fascinating trulli houses.
Recently renovated with a perfect blend of ecological principles, energy efficiency, and respect for traditional features, this farmhouse offers complete climate control and heating. It also provides services such as Wi-Fi and an electric car charging station, ensuring a comfortable and sustainable stay.
The interior consists of a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed, while the other can be transformed from two single beds into a double bed. Additionally, the living room includes a double sofa bed. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. New washing machine.

In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach shopping centers, sports facilities, bike paths, the city of Castellana with its enchanting caves, and Putignano with its lively Carnival and captivating parade of floats. The charming towns of Alberobello, as well as the stunning coast of Monopoli and Polignano, are only half an hour away.
The house is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare, set up, and serve your meals and picnics. You will find an induction hob, an oven, a refrigerator, and all the accessories you need for cooking, along with table linen and various other utensils, such as a corkscrew and a moka pot. We will provide you with essential food supplies. Additionally, you will also find containers for recycling, which we regularly empty. We will provide you with all the information about supermarkets, typical shops, bars, and restaurants where you can shop, have breakfast, or have lunch.

Having grown accustomed to the hospitality of our family's countryside, I have decided to open our farmhouse to tourism. I am passionate about nature, animals, books, and the sea. My love for the countryside has driven me to create a simple and rustic place, where we can share with you the freedom and tranquility that characterize it. If you wish, you can also take part in agricultural activities.
Welcome! I live within a short walking distance and will be happy to accompany you on a guided tour of the extensive estate surrounding the house or give you advice for your excursions in my region.
The farmhouse is a peaceful and independent place, without being too isolated, located between Putignano and Castellana. It is just two kilometers away from these towns and the main shopping and sports centers. You will have access to a swimming pool and a sports center called "Ferrone," just two minutes away, and a large sports center called "Nadir" with pools, paddle courts, and courses just ten minutes away.
Ten minutes away, you will find a train station connected to Bari and other cities, as well as a bus service. Additionally, ten minutes away is the IRCCS "S. De Bellis."
Putignano offers a charming medieval village with ancient churches, the Romanazzi-Carducci Museum, the Carnival Museum, and a beautiful Municipal Theater. During Carnival, the city comes alive with a famous parade of allegorical floats.
In addition to the Castellana Caves and the trulli of Alberobello, you can also visit Noci, the Itria Valley, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, and Cisternino in the area. On the coast, besides Monopoli and Polignano, we recommend visiting the excavations and the museum of Egnazia. Heading towards Gioia del Colle, which offers an interesting Archaeological Museum, you will also find the excavations of Monte Sannace.
In Castellana, there is also the "Dinosaur Park," and heading towards Fasano, you can visit the zoosafari.
