Bed and Breakfast “Aia Grande” is in the typical area of Salento, it’s the ideal place where spend your holidays. It’s between Uggiano la Chiesa and Casamassella, close to the sea. It’s 3km far from Porto Badisco and only 5km from Otranto. The swimming pool in front of the B&B is surrounded by the green of countryside and Salento’s colours, there’s also a big garden where spend relaxing moments under trees.
Every morning, you can taste a rich breakfast made up by hadmade sweets and local product of Salento. You can have breakfast on the roof which overlooks on the pinewood. It is available for all guests who can use barbecue. Bed and Breakfast Aia Grande is a villa on two floors. On the ground floor there’s Pietrangelo e Anna’s flat: they are owners and they will be happy to welcome you and to suggest the best places to visit in Salento. Aia Grande is a beautiful place full of colours.

Hello, we are Pierangelo and Anna (along with little Maria Giulia), the owners of the B&B Aia Grande. After years of experience in the hotel industry both in Italy and abroad, we have decided to open our own establishment in our homeland, Salento. We will be delighted to welcome you to the peace and tranquility of our home and introduce you to these marvelous places.
Uggiano la Chiesa is a small municipality located 3 km from the sea and 5 km from the beautiful town of Otranto (the easternmost town in Italy). Among its landmarks are the main church, the Sant' Elena crypt, an old underground mill, and a medieval castle. Additionally, there are numerous cycling routes in the surrounding areas that stretch from the inland to the stunning Salentine coasts. Personally, my family and I love going to Porto Badisco, a unique cove known for its crystal-clear waters.
