Villa Val d'Olivi is a charming place located just a short distance from the center of Assisi, offering spacious common areas on different levels.
The property consists of six bedrooms with private facilities. Upon entering the majestic main stone door, dating back to 1863, you will find a large entrance characterized by an original Venetian floor, creating repeated color patterns throughout the house.
During the summer months, our guests can enjoy the brand new outdoor swimming pool, equipped with a relaxation area featuring comfortable loungers and umbrellas.
On the first floor, you will find a spacious, bright, and airy lounge divided into three distinct areas, with decorated floors and Franciscan symbols, as well as a large panoramic terrace. This space is perfect for parties and receptions, with the option of organizing catering services.
The six bedrooms, located in the sleeping area of the villa, are furnished with antique furniture belonging to the Cipolloni family.
To provide even more comfort to our guests, we are pleased to present our new pool with a garden and relaxation area, ideal for enjoying the beautiful summer days. You can relax in the water or take a break in the green areas equipped with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas.
