The Agriturismo Val di Noto was born from the careful work of my father Silvio Bianca, who in the early 2000s decided to transform the historic family residence into a unique agritourism structure in Val di Noto. He turned it into a place for couples, families, and groups of people who want to be in close contact with the typical Sicilian nature while spending their vacation days in places where it is still possible to admire architecture and nature that is still in the 1800s. The estate, which covers about 100,000 square meters, is located between Avola (4 km), a town famous for the Nero d'Avola vine and the Pizzuta almond, and Noto (4 km), known worldwide for the splendor of its Baroque architecture. For guests, there are 8 rooms, scattered throughout the property, renovated and complete with all comforts: air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, minibar, free Wi-Fi. From the verandas or by the pool during your reading, you can enjoy the absolute silence and, by raising your eyes, see the view of donkeys or horses wandering through the hills of the property with olive and carob trees. Or, looking south, you can admire the valley with a view of the sea of Avola and the Vendicari Reserve up to Portopalo di Capo Passero, the extreme eastern point of Europe.
