The brand new Tre di Spade Agriturismo is located in the beautiful countryside of Milano Marittima, immersed in the absolute tranquility of the Po Delta Park. Just 2 km from the sea of Lido di Savio and Milano Marittima, it offers an ideal location for nature and relaxation lovers.
Situated in an area well served by cycling paths, which include the charming Pineta di Milano Marittima, the Tre di Spade Agriturismo allows you to easily reach the tourist center, the Butterfly House, the Canoe Club, and the Cervia Saltworks.
In the immediate vicinity, you will also find traditional Romagna trattorias, where you can taste delicious homemade pasta and desserts. Don't miss the "Casa delle Aie", "Ca' Rossi" by Topo, the lively "Villa Papeete", and the renowned "Centro Ippico le Siepi". In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the famous Mirabilandia amusement park and the Safari Zoo.
If you are a golf enthusiast, you will find the exclusive Adriatic Golf Club just a short distance away, with 27 holes.
Among the tourist attractions near the Tre di Spade Agriturismo, we recommend visiting the splendid art city of Ravenna, which is only 15 km away. You can't miss Mirabilandia and the zoo safari, just 5 km away. Cervia, with its Saltworks, Salt Warehouses, and Natural Park, is only 2 km away.
For transportation, just a few minutes away from our B&B, you will find the train stations of Lido Di Savio and Lido Di Classe.

We offer a selection of fresh and genuine dishes, displayed in an inviting showcase and conveniently consumable at the table, fully respecting regional anti-contagion regulations. You can enjoy homemade cakes and cookies, yogurt, cereals, hot drinks like espresso, fresh eggs from our hens, fruits, and juices. We are open from 7:30 to 10:00, but if you prefer to start the day more peacefully, we can arrange an off-hours service. We look forward to welcoming you!

New rooms of 14 square meters. A double room is located in the farmhouse on the ground floor. Room with independent entrance and external area with table. Equipment: double bed, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. The other double rooms are located in the brand new barn on the first floor. They are characterized by large windows overlooking the countryside or the internal courtyard and the surrounding pine forest. Equipment: double bed, bathroom with shower, TV, desk, minibar, open designer wardrobe, air conditioning, wi-fi.
The room is located on the ground floor in the Casina and has an independent entrance from the garden. Equipment: double bed + single bed, spacious wardrobe, desk, TV, air conditioning, bathroom with window, hairdryer, bath linen, welcome kit.
The brand new family rooms are located in the new main building: the Barn. The four rooms on the ground floor are equipped with independent external entrance, double bed and bunk bed, large bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. To access the family room on the first floor, you pass through the hall and the panoramic staircase admiring the photographic exhibition on historic Cervia. The room is bright and offers a spectacular view of the private pine park through the large windows and arched terraces.
Connecting rooms of 50 square meters located on the ground floor in the Farmhouse. Independent entrance without loggia, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, TV, outdoor green area with table and sun beds.
New apartment of 60 square meters. Modern flats located on the first floor accessible by a stairway. Two-roomed flat composed of a bedroom with 4 beds (double bed and bunk bed), living room with sofa bed and complete kitchen, loggia overlooking the countryside or garden view. Room equipment: double bed, single bed/castle bed, sofa bed in the living room, private bathroom with towels, bath towels, hairdryer, desk, minibar, air conditioning, balcony, kitchen and table.

Our Agriturismo was founded in 2010, in the immediate vicinity of Milano Marittima, in a region where the countryside meets the sea.
All our farm crops are organically certified and have zero environmental impact. We heat using biomass sources from the farm and produce all the necessary energy through photovoltaic panels.
Our main productions include flowers and fruit plants, berries, eggs, and poultry.

The wonderful city of Cervia, affectionately known as the City of Salt, is easily accessible by car, traveling along the main road, or by bike. During your visit to Cervia, you will have the opportunity to explore enchanting places such as the charming Salt Warehouse, the majestic San Michele Tower, and the marvelous Natural Park. Don't miss the chance to admire the beautiful Saltworks and, why not, indulge in some relaxation at the Cervia Spa, where you can enjoy a pleasant rejuvenating break. Also, don't forget to treat your taste buds to excellent seafood in the renowned restaurants overlooking the picturesque canal port. During summer evenings, you can also stroll through the characteristic craft and antique markets to rediscover the pleasure of an evening walk.
