Podere Pietraluna is a countryside resort nestled in the natural landscape of Upper Umbria, situated on a hill at about 500 meters above sea level, offering stunning views of the Valtiberina region and the scenery where Umbria and Tuscany converge. Here, time truly slows down: the surroundings are filled with silence, open skies, and expansive green spaces, far from mass tourism, making it an ideal place to restore balance and tranquility.
At the heart of the estate is a large illuminated panoramic pool (15x7 m), complete with a sun deck and loungers, perfect for rejuvenating during the day and enjoying intense sunsets and starry nights in the evening. Enhancing the experience are the park, shaded areas for reading or resting, a children's play area, and a bocce court, all designed for leisurely and free moments.
The property features 8 independent apartments converted from the farmhouse, showcasing exposed beams, handmade antique tiles, and simple yet comfortable Umbrian-style furnishings. Each accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, Wi-Fi, and private outdoor spaces with a patio or veranda, a table for al fresco dining, and cozy relaxation spots. This setup is ideal for couples, families, and small groups seeking privacy and independence without sacrificing the pleasure of attentive and authentic hospitality. There is also a ground-floor apartment suitable for accommodating guests with disabilities.
Common areas include a reading and games room, a relaxation zone, a shared laundry, and a barbecue area surrounded by greenery, perfect for enjoyable evenings. By design, there is no TV in the apartments to encourage a more immersive stay, focused on peace and nature. Pets are welcome upon request.

Originally from Milan, the host decided to move to Umbria to slow down and reconnect with what truly matters: silence, nature, and the tranquility of simple things. It was love at first sight with this place, which she now nurtures and attends to daily with care and dedication, welcoming guests with spontaneity, warmth, and a simple yet authentic style.
Since 2025, the property, formerly known as Villa Vaschi, has been revitalized under the agricultural company ARKA, purchased by two Milanese brothers who chose these hills to fulfill a dream: to share with visitors a vision of hospitality rooted in peace, freedom, and a genuine connection with the countryside. The hospitality offered is familial, discreet, and attentive, making guests feel at home right away.

Podere Pietraluna is situated in a truly unique location, where boundaries become faint and within just a few kilometers, one can transition from Umbria to Tuscany and then to the Marche region. Nestled among the hills of Valtiberina, it serves as the perfect starting point for those wishing to alternate between days of complete tranquility and routes rich in history, art, and nature.
