Our facility is brand new and completely earthquake-proof. It is located along the Via Francigena, in a strategic position between Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Foligno and Assisi, and is very close to the Franciscan Baths. Surrounded by the greenery of the Umbrian countryside, it is easily accessible by bike or car and is only 3 km from the exit of the ss75 highway. Those who choose to stay in our farmhouse can take advantage of a large (unattended) parking lot and green spaces for children. Inside the apartment, guests will find everything they need for a small welcome breakfast and will have herbal teas and teas available to enjoy upon returning from walks and excursions. Furthermore, upon request, our facility is equipped with everything necessary for babies, to ensure maximum comfort for all our guests.
Breakfast is a traditional Italian meal, served with a variety of packaged products such as tarts, plukake, donuts, biscuits, jams, honey, and milk. You will find everything you need in your accommodation, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy a delicious coffee using the coffee machine or the espresso maker.

My name is Paola and I am the owner of a farming company that has deep roots in my family: my father and grandfather were the previous owners. Our company is dedicated to cultivating young vegetable and flower plants in greenhouses, which are then sold directly to consumers. Additionally, part of our land is used for sowing and producing extra virgin olive oil. In recent years, we have decided to expand our offering by building a farm stay, where we welcome our guests in charming mini-apartments equipped with all the comforts. Our farmhouse is the perfect starting point to easily discover Spello, a charming medieval village with narrow streets, balconies, and unique terraces. In the historic center, you can visit numerous churches, such as the splendid Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the walls with the towers of Properzio with their characteristic dodecagonal design, and the wonderful Villa dei Mosaici, among other attractions. In just a few kilometers, you can reach Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli, with their Basilica which houses the famous Porziuncola of St. Francis. You cannot miss the Cathedral of Spoleto, the picturesque Rocca, Montefalco nestled within its walls with breathtaking views of the Umbrian landscapes, and the beautiful church of Santa Chiara. In just a few minutes by car, you can also visit towns such as Foligno, Bevagna, Trevi, Cannara, Collemancio, and Massa Martana. Other unique places not to be missed include the Marmore Waterfalls and numerous nature trails along the Nera River and on Mount Subasio.
