The La Fontana farmhouse is located in the beauty of nature and surrounded by the breathtaking panorama of the Orobic Prealps. Situated in the splendid Val Brembana, precisely in Miragolo San Salvatore, a charming mountain village that rises 938 meters above sea level and is only 30 kilometers from Bergamo.
This cozy farmhouse is directly managed by Ornella and her family, who offer a "Bed & Breakfast" service and can accommodate up to 14 people.
Immersed in the tranquility and serenity of a family environment, at La Fontana farmhouse you can enjoy a vacation of relaxation and rest.
The farmhouse has 4 tastefully furnished apartments.
The first apartment, called Girasole, is located on the first floor and is very bright thanks to its southeast exposure. It consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding a crib for babies) and a living area with a kitchenette. It also offers a private terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains.
The second apartment, called Tulipano, is also located on the first floor and is cool and shaded thanks to its northwest exposure. It has a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a living room with a comfortable three-seater sofa, and a kitchenette. It also offers a lovely view of the church and the village.
The third apartment, called Margherita, is located in the attic and is characterized by exposed beams. It has a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a living room with a single sofa bed, and a kitchenette. It also offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
The fourth apartment, called Papavero, is also located in the attic and is characterized by exposed beams. It has a double bedroom and a living area with a double sofa bed and a kitchen.
Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 in the morning in the communal room on the ground floor, a welcoming environment filled with comfort. Here, you can also take advantage of the free Wi-Fi internet service, available to all guests.
Our breakfast is abundant and varied, mainly consisting of homemade food. We place particular emphasis on the taste and authenticity of our products, such as fresh bread, biscuits, jams, cakes, and pastries, as well as yogurt. Additionally, we offer butter, cereal, fresh and syruped fruit.
For beverages, you can freely choose between fresh milk, coffee prepared with a traditional moka pot, cappuccino, tea, and fruit juices.
For those who desire a more diverse breakfast compared to the traditional Italian one, we also offer a Continental breakfast enriched with cured meats, cheese, and eggs, all strictly produced on our farm.
The apartment Girasole (max 3 persons) is located on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom with wrought iron bed, in which there is the possibility of adding a cot, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The living area, which overlooks the entrance of the farm, is composed of a single area, where there is a living room with TV and sofa bed and a kitchenette complete with everything you need for cooking. It 'a very bright apartment, due to its location in the south-east, is kissed by the sun from early morning until evening. Overlooking the private terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view of our mountains.
The apartment Tulipano (max 3 persons) is located on the first floor consists of a bedroom with double bed and single bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The living area is composed by living room with TV and a three seater sofa and dining areas and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Being located in the north - west, the apartment is cool and shady, great for the summer season. From the apartment you can admire the Parish Church and the country, surrounded by meadows and woods.
The apartment Papavero (max 4 people): located in the attic, is composed of a double bedroom with wrought iron bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The living area consists of a single open space, including a living room with TV and sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. The apartment is made ??warm and inviting by the excellent choice of materials and ceiling with exposed beams made ??of laminated wood.

Welcome to all of you! I am Ornella, a farmer, and I am delighted to introduce you to the "Grigis Maria Ornella" farm. In 1993, I decided to fulfill my family's dream of continuing my parents' farming business, thanks to my passion for nature and agriculture.
My husband Giovanni and I, along with our children Doris and Antonio, work tirelessly every day to take care of the cows and pigs, in order to create delicious cheeses and cured meats.
Over the years, we have decided to expand our farming business and opened the La Fontana Agriturismo in 2009. This structure was born from our family's desire to transform the old ancestral home, which was unused and in ruins, into a place where one can spend relaxing holidays immersed in the unspoiled nature of the Val Brembana, in the province of Bergamo.
Our commitment for the future is to promote our territory as much as possible and to share with our guests the values that have always been fundamental to our family: love for our land, respect for traditions, and enthusiasm for our work.
