Breakfast will be available from June to September, featuring delicious fresh filled croissants, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and cappuccino coffee. You can enjoy your meal in the charming area by the pool while waiting for the restaurant located on the lower floor to open.

The cuisine focuses on fresh, local ingredients, many of which are sourced directly from our farm, ensuring genuine and distinctive flavors.

Homemade pasta is at the heart of our culinary offerings. Crafted by hand with fresh semolina and organic eggs from our farm, it brings to life traditional dishes such as tagliatelle, stuffed ravioli, and pasta alla chitarra, all of which convey the true taste of artisanal craftsmanship. Local cheeses and house-made cured meats enhance our menu with rich flavors deeply rooted in the local culture. Our cured meats, made using techniques passed down through generations, along with our artisanal cheeses, showcase the finest of Abruzzo’s dairy tradition.

Arrosticini, prepared in the pastoral tradition, are a hallmark of regional cuisine. These skewers of lamb, grilled to perfection, embody the very essence of Abruzzo and carry a story that is rooted in the landscapes of the Gran Sasso.

Each meal is complemented by the classic Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, a wine that enhances every dish with its bold and harmonious character. To finish, our artisanal honey, produced by the bees that pollinate the blooming fields of our farm, adds a sweet and natural touch, perfect for concluding the dining experience.
