The "Il Falco" BioAgriturismo, located amidst the gentle hills of the Marche region, overlooks the valleys of Chienti and Ete, in a small organic farm. This family-run farm covers 11 hectares of land, mainly planted with olive trees, with 1300 olive trees surrounding the house and the park.
The house has been completely renovated using bioarchitecture techniques, minimizing the ecological impact on the environment and ensuring a high level of energy autonomy through renewable sources. Seven accommodations have been created, including five apartments with all comforts and two double rooms. Our dwellings offer a wonderful view of the hilly landscape, extending to the Sibillini Mountains to the west and Monte Conero to the north. Moreover, we have a carefully furnished porch that will be at your disposal for moments of tranquility, reflection, and observation.
On the ground floor of the structure, you will find a large classroom where workshops for children on organic farming, vegetable garden management, and knowledge of the forest and its creatures will take place. You will also have the opportunity to follow the production stages of the organic extra virgin olive oil made by the farm.
We will also organize educational days on alternative energy sources, respect and enhancement of the environment and landscape.
Our spacious hall will be available for the organization of various cultural events.
Finally, our park of about 10,000 square meters will be completely at the disposal of our guests.

It all started from a dream: to create a space where one can enjoy moments of freedom from the frenzy of everyday life, immersed in the gentle hills of Marche. Since 2012, we have been sharing this dream with those who come to visit us.
An exciting landscape, nature with its fantastic colors, and a pair of falcons that have always inhabited these cliffs are the ideal backdrop for a vacation marked by peace, genuineness, and a taste for good things.
We come from other professional sectors, but we have given this old country house a new life, transforming our passion and hobby into a real job. We do it with humility, but also with great happiness. From our small company mill, we produce excellent cold-pressed organic oil, which we will be happy to let you taste. In fact, on our property, we have around 1300 olive trees cultivated organically since forever.
Furthermore, there is a beautiful vegetable garden from which you can freely pick the vegetables offered in different seasons. You just have to come and visit us, you won't be disappointed!

Situated on the border of the Marche region and in close proximity to Macerata, it offers a holiday immersed in the tranquility of the Marche countryside, with its gentle hills as a backdrop. You can enjoy breathtaking views at any time of the day and in any season, making your stay unique and unforgettable.
Furthermore, a short distance away, you can visit the beautiful medieval town of Sant'Elpidio a Mare, with its hidden corners, characteristic alleys, churches, and magnificent palaces. You cannot miss the majestic Tower of the Knights Templar that stands tall on the city skyline. During the summer, the city comes alive with historical reenactments and popular festivals, such as the Medieval City in July and the Bucket Challenge in August. If you are passionate about history, you must also visit Fermo, Macerata, Recanati, and Loreto.
The sandy beaches of Civitanova Marche, the beauty of the seafront promenade of Porto Sant'Elpidio, and the enchanting atmosphere of Porto San Giorgio are just a few minutes' drive away.
If you wish to explore the wonderful Conero Riviera, with its breathtaking views, you can reach it in about 30 km.
The mountains are always within sight, but do not forget to visit the fascinating natural beauties of the historic villages in the Monti Sibillini National Park, which are about 30/40 km away.
