In the charming setting of Fai della Paganella, surrounded by nature, Agriturismo Girasole offers you a unique experience of relaxation and adventure. Treat yourself to a moment of tranquility and carefree enjoyment, savoring our breakfast products. Afterwards, explore the various available trails, rich in emotions and culture. We are located on the Paganella plateau, at the gateway to the Brenta Dolomites. The village is embraced by mountains, which offer breathtaking adventures every day. Our location is strategic for easily and quickly reaching natural beauties such as Molveno and Tovel lakes, cycling paths, mountain trails, via ferratas, mountain huts, and the Paganella ski area. Nearby, you will also find various castles, museums, and the cities of Trento and Bolzano.
Your stay includes a delightful Italian breakfast, consisting of sweet pastries of your choice and a hot beverage. If you prefer a savory breakfast with cold cuts, eggs, and cheese, it is available for an additional 5€ per person per night. Additionally, upon request, we can prepare a breakfast suitable for various dietary intolerances. Please let us know in advance, and we will make sure to provide you with everything you need!
We are extremely happy to have you here! We are Emilio, Laura, Giorgia, Luca, and Anna, but not only that, our family is large and includes animals and plants, of course.
Over 30 years ago, Emilio took over his father's business in the beautiful Val di Cembra and Val dell'Adige. We have expanded and made some changes, and in 2015, we built this small farmhouse.
Our company is mainly dedicated to fruit cultivation. We grow grapes and apples, but here in Fai della Paganella, we also have berries and a continuously expanding vegetable garden.
The Girasole farmhouse is located in a new structure harmoniously inserted in a vast agricultural area, close to other livestock and agritourism farms. From here, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the meadows, easily traversing the rural roads. The more adventurous can venture into the forest and return to the village along enchanting paths immersed in the beech forest, which lead to the archaeological area of Dos Castèl. Here, the remains of a village dating back to the 5th-4th centuries BC have been discovered, inhabited by the ancient Reti, a population perhaps of Etruscan origin. All the facilities and services of the Altopiano are easily reachable in a few minutes by car or with shuttle buses active during the summer and winter.
Our structure is ideal for:
• families with children, who can enjoy a well-deserved relaxation or engage in numerous outdoor activities, such as walks in the surroundings, excursions to reach mountain huts and shelters, tennis, fishing, archery, bocce, swimming in the pool or in the nearby lake, rock climbing in dedicated gyms, paragliding, mini-golf and many other experiences, all immersed in a fascinating natural environment;
• mountain lovers, skiers and snowboarders, walkers and hikers, from simple paths in the woods to more challenging routes such as via ferratas or high-altitude climbs in the Adamello-Brenta Natural Park;
• water lovers and water sports enthusiasts: in Lake Molveno, you can practice windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, rowing or pedaling;
• mountain bike enthusiasts, with routes of various lengths and difficulties, all indicated in guides available for interested parties. Those who love downhill will find the Paganella Bike Park in Fai della Paganella.
