The idea of transforming Casa Rosa into a place of relaxation arose a few years ago from Pompilio's desire to spend his retirement in this oasis of tranquility.
The farmhouse is surrounded by its own land, including a silent and secluded forest, which offers the opportunity to take pleasant walks in untouched nature. Here you can admire breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, and if you're lucky, you may even spot squirrels, hedgehogs, badgers, foxes, and a wide variety of birds.

This city was once the site of prehistoric settlements, followed by the Pelasgians, an ancient Middle Eastern population connected to the Etruscans. Over the centuries, Offida has seen the presence of the Piceni, Romans, and Lombards, who have given the city its characteristic medieval appearance.
The famous bobbin lace finds its origins in the Middle Ages. Since then, it has been passed down from mother to daughter to the present day. The art of intertwining threads with "bobbins" (small wooden sticks) has always been a source of income for the women of Offida, who create furnishings, trousseaus, clothing, and jewelry. To emphasize the importance of this tradition, there is a section dedicated to bobbin lace in the Municipal Museum, as well as a monument to the Lace Makers by Aldo Sergiacomi at the entrance of the historic center.
In the ancient part of the city, there are many interesting churches from an architectural and artistic point of view: the majestic Collegiate Church, S. Agostino with relics of the Eucharistic miracle, the Addolorata, and finally, but certainly the most evocative and important, Santa Maria della Rocca.
