Of course, all the desserts are homemade by the skilled hands of Cinzia. But that's not all, because breakfast is not just about sweets. You can taste all the traditional cured meats from our region, such as Trentino speck, smoked Coppa, Lucanica sausage, but above all, the famous "mortandela". The "mortandela" is a historic cured meat from the Val di Non, with a strong flavor and still made by hand today. In Val di Non, there are only 6 producers of this tasty cured meat, and one of them is located in Coredo.
To accompany these delicacies, you will always find a bottle of fresh juice made from our apples, which have been grown for over 20 years. You will also have a wide choice of hot beverages: in addition to good steaming coffee, you can choose between ginseng, barley, cappuccino, latte macchiato, lemon tea, and hot chocolate.
As you may have understood, a plentiful and tasty breakfast is one of our strong points! Breakfast time is from 8:00 to 9:30, but don't worry, we have also thought of those who like to get up early in the morning by offering the possibility to book an early breakfast.
