The Prione Guesthouse, located in La Spezia just a short distance from the Cinque Terre and close to Lerici and Portovenere, welcomes you with all the charm of a boutique establishment.
The guesthouse is situated inside a characteristic Ligurian building, dating back to 1500 and completely renovated in 2020. Its unique internal layout allows each room to have a separate entrance, offering maximum privacy and security.
Spread over three floors and without an elevator, the rooms provide all the necessary comforts, even for the most demanding guests. There are five rooms available, including three double rooms and two spacious suites with a separate kitchen, ideal for accommodating up to four people. Each room has a private bathroom. The furniture has been designed in a simple and elegant style, aiming to recreate the welcoming atmosphere of a private home.

I was born in La Spezia, a city that I particularly love during the summer! Personally, I really enjoy spending time by the sea in Portovenere and on Palmaria Island. I have had the opportunity to live in Florence, Bologna, and Rome, where I attended film courses, theater acting classes, and directed short films. I am here to offer you advice on the Cinque Terre: the best restaurants, the most picturesque bars at sunset, ideal places for hiking and swimming, trying excellent wines, taking a water taxi, and much more. Additionally, I am very familiar with Portovenere, Lerici, and Palmaria Island, fantastic places where you can spend a day by the sea and take a walk on a wild yet well-equipped island.
Our accommodation is the perfect choice for tourists eager to spend their holidays in Liguria and admire the beauties of the Riviera di Levante, with its Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso al Mare), and the picturesque villages of Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, Portofino, and La Spezia.
Our facility is centrally located in the pedestrian area, where our guests can find shops of all kinds, bars, and restaurants. The train station and the port are just a 10 and 5-minute walk away, respectively. During the weekend, the center is lively with people strolling around, enjoying ice cream, or relaxing in bars. Just a 3-minute walk away, you will find some very popular bars like DISTRO, LOGGIA, and CHINASKI, which are particularly lively on Fridays and Saturdays. If you prefer to enjoy a great glass of wine accompanied by local specialties in a relaxed atmosphere, we recommend ROSA BLU and ENOTECA ALICE. As for ice cream, the gelateria vernazza and cremeria lully are excellent choices.
