Acquamarina B&B

Bed & Breakfast in Montemarciano in the seaside

The charming Acquamarina residence is situated within a historically rich setting, as part of the esteemed Villa Marzocchi, which is protected by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage. This white stone house from Conero, dating back to 1750, has undergone a careful restoration in line with bioarchitecture principles, maintaining the authenticity of the original materials while enhancing its character. The interiors tell a story filled with lovingly crafted details: from the intricately designed wooden beams to the thoughtfully chosen colors of the surfaces, every element helps create a warm and refined atmosphere. The spaces are both functional and evocative, striking the perfect balance between tradition and modern comfort, allowing guests to enjoy an authentic and relaxing experience. To make the stay even more enjoyable, the well-known Osteria Sottocasa is conveniently located next to the building, perfect for savoring quality dishes in a casual setting or for selecting convenient takeout options to enjoy in the living area.

You will be hosted by Alex David

Leading this project is Alex, a young host with a creative and dynamic personality, who trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino. His artistic journey is evident in the aesthetic care of the spaces and the attention given to every detail. A music enthusiast and percussionist, he delved into jazz drumming at the Rossini Conservatory in Pesaro, combining artistic sensitivity with an energetic and curious spirit. A lover of sports and nature, Alex enjoys sailing, skiing, and diving in the Conero Park. He views hospitality as an authentic and informal experience designed for travelers seeking vibrant environments without sacrificing comfort. The option to rent bicycles, organize social gatherings in the garden, or explore local food and wine routes adds to the uniqueness and customization of each stay.

Area seaside

The location of Acquamarina is one of its key advantages, thanks to its proximity to major transport routes and the most picturesque sites in the Marche region. Nestled just a short distance from the sea, which can be reached on foot, and only 4 km from Senigallia, known for its “velvet beach” and vibrant array of bars and restaurants, the establishment allows you to fully enjoy the Adriatic coastline. It is well-connected to Ancona, where the historic center, the Cathedral of San Ciriaco, and the ancient port are worth a visit, making it an excellent starting point for exploring charming villages and noteworthy attractions. Nearby, you can find Chiaravalle with its Cistercian abbey founded by Saint Bernard, along with Sirolo and Portonovo set against the backdrop of the Conero landscape, extending to the spectacular Frasassi Caves and the city of Fabriano, renowned for its paper-making tradition. This versatile venue is ideal for both leisure stays and business needs, seamlessly blending comfort, beauty, and the authenticity of the region.
