Our apartment, called aCasetta, is located in the San Pellegrino district, the largest medieval historic center in Europe.
Viterbo, known as the City of the Popes and the Baths (papal), offers a charming old town and surroundings characterized by villages, villas, and lakes.
The apartment is situated in a small building and is divided into two separate living units with independent entrances. Our guests will only share the common entrance. Located on the first floor, it enjoys a strategic position to explore the medieval center.
Inside, you will find everything you need, including free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. The living room is spacious and bright, with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, sink, kettle, coffee machine, and refrigerator, as well as a complete set of cutlery. There is also an air conditioning system for comfort. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a single bed, each with a lovely bedside table. You will also find a Smart TV in the room. Finally, there is a large bathroom with a window, shower, hairdryer, and personal hygiene products. If needed, a washing machine is also available.
In the apartment, you will find a variety of coffee pods for your coffee machine, or you can choose the classic Italian moka. Additionally, you will have tea and herbal teas available to prepare according to your taste. To accompany your breakfast, you will also find crispbread, jams, and delightful jars of Nutella. Furthermore, we will provide you with vouchers to enjoy a traditional breakfast at a nearby bar, just a few steps from your accommodation, where you can savor a freshly brewed coffee or cappuccino with a freshly baked croissant.
My name is Arianna, I am 43 years old and I have a deep passion for traveling. Even though I work as an Organizational Manager in a local company, my husband and I have always wanted to open an accommodation facility to introduce tourists to the places we love and where we live. And finally, our dream has come true! Our motto is that when you do something with passion, it's not just a job.
Exploring the magnificent historic center of Viterbo is like taking a journey into the past, as this fascinating city offers a wealth of artistic, architectural, and historical landmarks. Viterbo is a noble and cultural city, also beloved for its unique traditions: from the enchanting Christmas Village to the marvelous San Pellegrino in Bloom, at the beginning of spring, when the neighborhood comes alive with festivities and colors, to the historical reenactment of Ludika, the battle between the Guelfs and Ghibellines, and the celebrations in honor of the patron saint, Santa Rosa da Viterbo. Our guests will have the opportunity to discover itineraries and points of interest thanks to the valuable advice of our managers, in order to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Within a short distance from our property, visitors will find everything they need to fully enjoy their vacation: sports, culture, shopping, and relaxation.
