Our B&B has been recently completed and criteria for support systems and Ecobuilding “clima house” were used to reach the maximum levels of energy saving. The main feature of the building is the use of wood in the vertical and horizontal structures and in interior fittings, including furnishings. It is a modern, essential and comfortable structure designed by Mario Ciammitti. Decorations inside the house were done by Anna Ciammitti.
The B&B is located in the pedestrian area of via del Pratello, a characteristic street of the heart of the city with numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants. Public transport from nearby via San Felice and Via Sant' Isaia will take you to any point in the city (Exhibition District, hospitals, university, bus and railway stations and the airport) in a short time. Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers and all the other monuments are only a 10-15 minutes walk away.
There are three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, television and Wifi.
The price includes a large breakfast with natural and wholesome products. Breakfast can be made at one of the two partner bars in Via del Pratello: Trivella (No. 89); Vanillia (No. 100).
There are two bicycles, kindly provided by the association Re-use with love.
