The B&B At Silvia's House is located in San Simone, a small hamlet of the Municipality of Sannicola, near Gallipoli, in the province of Lecce in Salento (Puglia). This establishment was built back in 1965 on one of the estates of the Stamerra Family, where magnificent vineyards and centuries-old olive trees dominated the enchanting surrounding landscape. The house became Silvia's place of residence when, in 1966, she married Giuseppe Tommaso Pisanello from Tuglie. From that moment on, Silvia's house became a place of conviviality, a meeting point for relatives and friends, where long conversations and joyful laughter marked the time. The culinary delights prepared with great skill by the lady filled and colored the kitchen table, making everyone feel at home. In 2009, at the initiative of Giuseppe, Salvatore, and Lavinia, in honor and memory of Silvia, renovation works were carried out that restored splendor and vitality to the residence, transforming it into a cozy bed and breakfast. Inside, guests can find accommodation in comfortable rooms, each characterized by the color of roses, Silvia's favorite flower (white, blue, yellow, pink). All rooms are carefully furnished and equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, and fridge.
