The B&B A Casa di Renata was created with the intention of offering a welcoming environment that is aesthetically pleasing, without neglecting comfort and affordability. The name comes from the owners' mother. Every element inside the property has been carefully chosen, with some of them boasting a special history, such as the charming liberty-style dresser in the bedroom. Some items have been made by Renata herself, a respected elementary school teacher with great manual skills. During their stay, guests will also be greeted by Leo, a sweet and small white Maltese.

In the morning, on the table you will find a variety of delights: homemade cakes, different every day, cookies, fresh fruit juices, fruit smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice, typical local pastries, hot chocolate, milk, tea, yogurt, seasonal fruit, homemade jams, organic honey, fresh homemade bread, cold cuts, local cheeses, and delicious homemade savory mignons.

The B&B A Casa di Renata is located in a truly strategic position. Situated on a cool, sunny, and peaceful hill, just off the Cosenza Sud highway, only 200 meters from Bilotti square (formerly Fera square), which is the starting point for the city center and the Open-Air Museum. The Madonnina Clinic is only 150 meters away and easily reachable on foot. Near the property, there is the restaurant Il girone dei golosi, which offers our guests a special discount! In Bilotti square, you will find the Multimedia Museum and continuing along the main street (corso Mazzini), you will find pizzerias, restaurants, and clothing stores. In the city of Cosenza, you must not miss the recently restored Castle, the Palazzo Arnone gallery, the Rendano Theater, the Ara of the Bandiera brothers, the Brutii and Enotri Museum, and the Cathedral. The historic center, although not well maintained, always evokes a special emotion in visitors. We recommend visiting the alley called "della FICUZZA," where a fig tree protrudes from the wall of a building. During the Christmas season, we suggest taking a look at the nativity scene in the church of San Francesco di Assisi. In summer, you can enjoy the coolness in the Villa comunale, also known as villa vecchi, located in the historic center.
