We are located 1000 meters from the sea and close to enchanting places such as the Carrara quarries, the Apuan Alps, Viareggio, and the 5 Terre.
All rooms have their own bathroom and come equipped with a hairdryer. Guests have access to a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a large TV room, and a 4000 sqm garden with two barbecues. There is also a large porch overlooking the park where guests can eat or have a drink surrounded by greenery. Guests can also enjoy the pool, where they can spend magical moments of relaxation, and use bicycles to explore Versilia. In the morning, guests can enjoy a typical Italian breakfast, and daily room cleaning is provided.
You can rent the entire villa for yourself and your group of friends, with five spacious rooms with bathrooms for a maximum of 13 guests. There is a dining room for lunches and dinners with an internal kitchen, a living room with a LED TV, and a large veranda in the spacious garden in front of the villa, all just 5 minutes from Forte dei Marmi.

We are close to Forte dei Marmi and the best places in Versilia. Among the not-to-be-missed attractions are the famous Carrara marble quarries, the Corchia mountain cave, the Cinque Terre, Portofino, Viareggio, famous for its carnival and its long promenade, Pietrasanta, renowned for its sculptors and the cathedral square, and the majestic Apuan Alps.
