Four comfortable rooms, as welcoming as only a family home can be, in the picturesque historic center of the village at the foot of Monte Velino. The rooms can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. The structure is very versatile and also offers the possibility of using the rooms according to your needs. As it is spread over two levels with separate facilities, you can enjoy a whole apartment. On each level, you will have a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms at your disposal; therefore, you can choose the solution that best suits your needs:

Furthermore, there is a spacious and bright lounge where you can enjoy breakfast and relax in the enveloping tranquility of the mountains, read, or work. During the summer months, you can also enjoy breakfast on the pergola adjacent to the structure. There is also a large storage room where you can keep mountain equipment, skis, bicycles.

We are a cozy family-run bed and breakfast. Our name reflects the special bond that this house has with me and my children, who have long considered it "grandma's house". I carry out this activity passionately because I have had the privilege of preserving this dwelling and my roots, keeping open a door that I believed would remain closed forever. And so the idea of our bed and breakfast took shape.
Our structure benefits from a privileged location in the heart of Abruzzo, making it easily accessible to all visitors. Situated in the center of the region, we are less than half an hour from L'Aquila, an hour from Rome and Pescara. Additionally, the highway exits of Avezzano and Magliano dei Marsi (A25 highway) are just 5 minutes away from our cozy B&B. For winter sports enthusiasts, the ski facilities of Ovindoli are only 20 minutes away, while history and archaeology enthusiasts can reach the fascinating Alba Fucens excavations in just 5 minutes.
