The structure is family-run, located in an ancient building built in the early 1900s, now wisely redeveloped. All rooms are air-conditioned, soundproofed and very comfortable.
You can freely use the telephone, internet, fax and photocopier. Only small pets are allowed. It is also possible to park your car in the internal courtyard. Catania station is less than 1000 meters away and the underground stop is just 100 meters away. Our privileged position will allow you to better spend your holidays in Catania.

I have been working at this establishment since April 2013. Additionally, I teach at a technical high school for surveyors. My husband, Luciano, assists me and entertains guests during breakfast by suggesting places to visit and how to get there. If desired, he can also arrange excursions for them.
Our facility is located in the most elegant and secure area of Catania. The subway is less than 100 meters away from the facility.
