The structure consists of newly renovated and furnished apartments, located on the first and second floors of a partially renovated building. The apartments include a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and are accessible through a separate entrance.
The beautiful golden beach of the Ionian Sea can be reached with a short and pleasant walk, in the shade of an ancient pine forest. At the end of this path, a wide beach opens up with beach resorts, a free area, and a sea renowned for the quality of its waters.
The sea can be reached without the need to use transportation, allowing guests to fully enjoy a relaxing seaside vacation.

Just 7 km away are the archaeological sites of Metaponto and Taranto, where you can admire important evidence of Magna Graecia architecture. The museums of Metaponto, Ginosa, and especially the Museum of Taranto, preserve important historical artifacts.
Furthermore, it is particularly interesting to visit the historic center of Ginosa and the surrounding municipalities, such as Laterza, Castellaneta, Massafra, Mottola, and Palagianello.
