The 3B B&B was created with the aim of providing our guests with a pleasant, welcoming, and discreet stay.
The apartment we offer to our guests is located on the first floor of an elegant residential building. It consists of two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a spacious and comfortable living room with a kitchenette. This space is at your disposal for breakfast and for any other time of the day.
The apartment has been recently renovated and features independent heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, and dishwasher.
The 3B B&B is suitable for all types of clientele, but is particularly suitable for families with children. Upon request, we provide everything necessary for the little ones, such as cribs, changing tables, baby bathtubs, high chairs, and dedicated tableware.
Thanks to its spacious and comfortable spaces, our B&B can accommodate families or small groups. It is possible to book the entire apartment for an exclusive stay. Our rooms, spacious and bright, can be arranged with double or single beds. The presence of a private bathroom in each room guarantees total independence and privacy.
In our accommodation, you will have everything you need for a delightful breakfast, prepared with packaged products that comply with the regulations of the Lazio region.
Typically, we provide espresso machine capsules, milk, fruit juices, pastries, biscuits with jams, yogurt, and much more.

You will find everything you need nearby, such as supermarkets and other shops. If you are interested in shopping, you can easily go to the Piazza Bologna area or the nearby Via Libia. We are also close to the prestigious LUISS University, the Guardia di Finanza barracks, the Sandro Pertini Hospital, the Tiburtina station, and, not to forget, the evocative Basilica of Santa Agnese with its catacombs, as well as the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza.
