Zili n. 2 - 33051- Aquileia (UD) (tourist apartment in a small recently built condominium), surrounded by greenery in an oasis of peace, furnished and equipped, providing all comforts: (bed linen with weekly change, air conditioning, free wifi, underfloor heating, use of kitchen, washing machine, etc.), enjoys an exceptional strategic position being just a few steps from the center of Aquileia, the archaeological walk with the Roman River Port, the majestic Basilica, the famous mosaics, the Roman archaeological finds, the museums (Archaeological and Paleochristian) and not far from all the main tourist destinations in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The holiday home is also located ten kilometers from the Island of Grado, reachable by bike via the famous ALPE ADRIA cycle path just a few meters from the holiday home.

The structure consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette ideal for cooking, a hallway, a large bedroom with a double bed, and either a third single bed or three single beds, with the possibility of a fourth single bed in the living room, a large bathroom, two terraces overlooking the building's garden and a public playground, ample outdoor parking and free bike garage.

DIY Mediterranean breakfast provided in the sideboard and fridge of the kitchen with high-quality products.

We are six kilometers from the Cervignano del Friuli train station, from where you can comfortably reach the heart of the fantastic city of VENICE in an hour and thirty minutes via the regional train, and just a few minutes from Trieste Airport (Ronchi dei Legionari).
